A Cascade Low Temperature Brine Chiller delivers ultra-low, stable cooling by combining multi-stage (cascade) refrigeration with a brine secondary loop, enabling reliable operation down to extreme sub-zero temperatures. This skid-mounted solution uses a primary low-temperature circuit to drive a secondary brine loop (glycol or methanol blends), producing fast, uniform cooling with excellent temperature control for processes that demand precision. The cascade approach improves efficiency and safety when single-stage systems are insufficient, and it’s ideal for pharmaceuticals, speciality chemical processes, cryogenic testing, and low-temperature storage.
